AIEEE 2011 result expected soon
Over 10 lakh candidates who appeared in this year All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) have had no clue till now about the results of this year entrance after the paper leak controversy took place on the day of the examination, however the Supreme Court provided them a clear picture after rejecting the CBSE plea for conducting the fresh test for all the candidates and ordered the board to declare the results with 2 to 3 days.
The verdict came on out on 27th May after which CBSE officials outside the court confirmed to media that they will abide the decision and would release the results as ordered. According the statement, results shall be out anytime today or tomorrow, however there has been no official confirmation on the CBSE website till now confirming the date and time of the results.
AIEEE is conducted every year to select about 26 thousand candidates from over 10 lakh applicants for admissions into the National Institutes of Technology and other engineering colleges in the country but this has been a year of controversies for AIEEE as the biggest entrance examination authorities faced much heat since the paper got leaked before the examination earlier this month.

its clear cut cheating to prepare a common merit list for all since each had different paper and it is injustice to all ..........

all this tension is simply killing me..
they mean 26000 from general category. SC/STs toh koi bhi rank le le , kya jaata hai.
it's already 30th. 2-3days have gone by. i guess they are going to stick to june 7.
Let the test for the nerves begin. Students were forced to take the test under adverse conditions, poor results are quite expected.
all the students should have provided equal opurtunity its been a fault of cbse that the remaning students have provided 10 days extra for the prepration its just a injustic to other students due to delay they lead the paper with tension type sutuation so cbse should take care for tha !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guys be courageous and patient, what difference does it make whether result is out today or 7th June..they are not gonna start classes before counselling..
If a student can't prepare in whole year how do u expect a person to do extra preparation in 10 days??????
i think the result would come tomorrow..on 31st of may...court has its final hearing today..so probabliy tomorrow wolud be the result day...
what do u think. will the marks go down as compared to prev years
This year it seems that the CBSE is in total disarray, it has missed the deadline of class X result,and despite of the supreme courts rap on the knucles to the CBSE with regards to the announcement of the AIEEE RESULTS, and despite the assurances the CBSE gave to the Supreme court that results will be declared within 2-3 days it seems that the CBSE is not keeping its word given to the Supreme court.
I agree that if you don't study for 2yrs properly, how can you perform miracles in 10 days??? I was one of the student who gave exam on 10th of may and my friend let me make it very clear that the pressure was much more than that on 1st. Also the paper level was a bit tougher than that of 1st of may. I agree that it is injustice to all the students but not on the grounds of extra 10 days which were granted. Lets hope for the best.
well,this is now really the competition of nerves......we all had to wait for one and half hrs. in scorching heat(no trees thanks to authorities!!!),then again one hr inside classroom....agree this should take toll on students,bt then,everyone met the same fate...thing is,the cutoff will surely go down and if u kept urself a lil calm during exam,ur expected rank will definitely go higher!!!!!
I am getting 170 marks in AIEEE most probably can I get admission in NIT
The merit was created not out of 2 different papers but three. I gave the online conducted AIEEE exam on may 1 and my paper was different from the rest two offline papers.
Agreed, the difficulty level of the papers didnot wary vastly, but even a small variance of 15-20 marks makes a huge difference in the rank. And there was such difference in the papers.
Plus, i dont think the cutoffs are going down this year ( most people i ask are getting 150+ marks ) :(
ya this time marks may get decreased and at the same time cut off marks for online application may also go down

We hope that it comes as soon as possible. I am expecting 158. What are the chances to get a nit.
158 marks will get u a rank of about
16000- 18000
so u can get into nit jalandhar and nit kurukshetra

These CBSE people think that they can beat the hell out of 15 lac students.....but let me tell u if they r going to go this way sooner rather than later AIEEE will loose its importance and impact which it has on the students.....just like the cbse 10th class pattern now has...!!!
Regarding the results i'm not sure... but this is certainly unfair with the students who appeared on 1st coz no matter whatever be the difficulty of the paper be.. we all go to give the paper at a particular frame of mind... Its a show of 3 hours which is responsible for our destiny... Those who gave the paper on 11th not only got 10 more days for preparation but were also aware of the timings of the paper.... which definitely creates a difference between the students who gave on 1st may and those who gave on 11th.. and the best solution would have been to conduct the paper again... but this is INDIA.. where every bloody damn thing is unfair.. with its citizens
There is no uniform set of rules to decide nativity
TN says 5 years; karnataka says 7 years; Maharashtra says 12 years.
What about parents transferable on All India basis. Who could come to their rescue. How many entrance the student has to write. No answer is the only answer. Silently suffer & go

CBSE is in no mood to declare result .......10 thies are more important to take admission in colleges so their result is more important than ours, hamara kya hai hum to agle saal tak counselling attend karte rahenge!!!!!!!!!!! Be real CBSE.....its time ....paper postpone-paper leak-paper delay- re exam for some-paper level different-comman merit list 4 both exams-result delay-no fix date of result -not obeying supreme court order of 3 days deadline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! whats this nonsense???? Do u guys actually have a system????
If cbse will realease this common merit list of 2 or 3 paper then it will be happend first time in the history of entrance exam . Which can't be reapeat in the future. But cbse also have no much more time for new fresh rexam . Only the fault of cbse is that after the canceling the main test it should declare new date for every condidate.
i heard the result to be on 7th june
after the may 1 mayhem,rescheduling the exam for all the students was simply out of question....guys don't forget,there were candidates who had to travel long distances down to their respective examination centres only to appear for this ill-fated exam....a rescheduled exam would have been most toll taking for such fellows(however,those who could not attend the paper on 1st did have to take the second round of pain eventually......tough luck buddies).......and as far as the common merit list for the two dates goes,i believe that CBSE do not have a better choice.......just think practically people...is it even remotely feasible to allocate seats based on two different set of merit lists without allowing space to absolute confusion????......i know its not totally fair,but catch up guys....unfortunately this is the only alternative......have faith that after that paper leak fiasco CBSE is doing the best that it can to keep things in line and in time....as far as i remember,over the past few years CBSE has had a reputation of declaring the results well before their deadlines......lets hope there are no more controversies
these officials have distributed the money among themselves, and nothing has been done about leakage of exam papers. Just for the sake of formality and fool the countrymen they rushed to supreme court, but truth still is miles away ! Goodluck to you buddies, i had not given EEE this time, but no luck because it leaks every year , just doesnt get open !!! Dont stress your nerves , whatever you're gonna get is not the true result anyway!
