If sources are to be believed, there is a strong buzz that the self proclaimed biggest online survey company of Asia is planning to conduct a press conference answering the allegation put on my the eminent news channels of India i.e. Aajtak and Star News. The chairperson Harinder Kaur who call herself Haren has sent an email to all the people subscribed to SpeakAsia in which she has expressed shock on the news and provided an assurance to reply back to the allegations of the news channels.Earlier Speak Asia used the biggest social networking site 'Facebook' to spread the news that they have got the permission from the RBI to trade in India though the company itself is not registered in India and appealed that 'Negative' remarks should not be passed for the company.
Now, instead of the press conference what we have been hearing since Sunday, the day after the story on SpeakAsia on Aajtak and Star News was telecasted, couple of links of a web conference has been updated on the Speak Asia site but there has been no official information about the what has been planned by the company.
There are lot of questions which are still unanswered and without which SpeakAsia would not be able to win the trust vote of the planned subscribers. Questions like why the biggest online survey company of Asia does not have their own server & email id for contact ?, Why companies like Samsung and ICICI have denied any links with Speak Asia and why are they paying Rs. 50 for a dollar when the rate of exchange is always between 43 - 44 ?
If you are able to find the answers and satisfied with them, go ahead and invest and earn from your money else stay back and observe the proceedings before investing your hard earned money.

I took a calculated risk in joining SpeakAsia. I too had the above questions in mind of why they deduct 3% with a minimum of $7.50 for bank transfers and then the banks deduct further being currency conversion charges. Why they charge a whopping 11k to make a panelist? Why under the fast pretense of charging service tax from the panelists they are increasing the joining fee by Rs3950 from May 20 when the service tax component is only Rs1310, 1k of which was already being recovered in the 11k? They have mentioned installing their own IBM servers with Amazon technology, the cost of which they want to recover from the panelists. Why could this cost not be recovered by lowering the binary income component in the 11k from 6k to 3k? To me it seemed like this company was that the company's objective was e-commerce with paid surveys being just a small component. They were not getting any surveys from anywhere. They were paying current panelists from the downline joining. Else why would a 14 year old child receive the same surveys as that by adults? Why would a woman receive the same surveys as meant for men like razor blades and liquid shoe polish? To me it looked like that the company wanted to dissuade panelists from bank transfers but rather recover their panel/survey income by getting more panelists or transferring the income to another panelist (and take cash in return at the rate of $1=Rs50) who was getting more referrals. Yet I joined as I mentioned I took calculated risk of joining. I got my investment back in three months not by bank transfer but by retaining the cash of referrals who wanted to join under me by getting their subscription codes by transferring my panel/survey income back to Speak Asia. Now what I earn is profits. My calculated risk paid off.

I have invested in the company more than 50,000 and i am satisfied as i have earned double that amount in less than 3 months and star news is a joke the only news they show is from which their channel can be in the news for and people will start talking about it. 1)If star news is blaming, they should give solid proof, not blaming.
2) Fraud company don't held press conference. 3) Company office is going to setup in gurgaon. 4) check starpanel on net, it is handled by star news and related people only. so they are jealous as there site visiting ratio came down.

6) If u think they are using black money, RBI is involved in transaction. Why they are raising any complain.?

8) Get a single case where speakasian didn't receive payment as and when desired. If anyone, they should go with FIR and all procedure.

It,s been a pathetic experience which i got from speak Asia online survey company How we can believe on this fraud company when the same company is neither registered at Singapore nor in India. Its seems to be a fraud company. At the end its depend upon individual to take risk and invest in such a fraud company.

speakasia is doing wonderful job . it is providing network job online through performance. it is giving money not without doing anything. ifd u fill up survey u will get or u wil not get any money. i could not fill up two surveys in time and theefore i lost one thousand rupee, but what is wrong. if u dont do it how and why should u get money. speakasia is doing wonderfully but some capitalist and indrustialist and media and advertising company are playing foul. why a person of low income group or socially weak can not earn money in thousands or so . whats the problem. every one wants the poor should grow but nobody gives the opportunity and if given most of them are preying eyes.
First of all if a company says they will give more then 4times of what u invest creates a doubt because there is no such business model which can give such high return. this is an old MLM concept once popular in US and other countries which ends up in huge fraud. It is nothing but our ugly destiny that we got birth in India as under privileged, under or un-employed, running pillar to post for money..and so on..
Any Tom Dick company like TVi international, SpeakAsia and many such scheme lure you and you get money and feel safe and employed. U love this compnay like anything as a hungry will love the food. But that doesnot change reality. You and if not you, one or other line containing your brothers and sisters from same lot will be cheated one day..Just look at history of such companies. You may be a new born in this market and fraud..there are many like me who have seen tens of such companies since 98.
Any company is successful by its product and a product is something in which there are 'buyers' and 'sellers'. Here I guarantee you there are no cos taking these surveys. I had predicted this much before in my office amongst my colleagues before STAR and AAJ TAK showed to the world.
If you are hungry don't eat poison and if you wish to eat..don't motivate others to do that. In short do not be part of this CHEAP MONEY concept. Unfortunately the questions have not been answered properly in the press conference. The experts were not ready to face the media at such a preponned date. Nevertheless, the wise one will stand with speak asia. The fools will fall down and leave the speak asia.
The foolish question that speak asia refunds five times money that is invested is not answered properly.
What was the actual answer :- the money taken as entry fees is per person and one person cannot invest more than Rs.11000/-. Therefore there is no such thing as to invest more and get more. A single person can invest only Rs. 11000/- and not more than that.
The company pays for opinion. Not for investment. The company pays for referral, subject to condition that referred person is well educated, understanding english language and actually honestly provides the opinion which is having certain market value(consumer response).
Where the company is wrong?
The company is wrong in providing more than three sub-panels.
The company is wrong in not strictly rejecting many surveys submitted. (Although they also reject many surveys but a sympthetic view is taken by understanding the ordinary persons IQ)
The company is wrong in not asking every individual to strictly provide their PAN number or bank account number while registering themselves.
The company is wrong in not depositing half of the income of each panelist in directly the bank account of each panelist. (why half - the other half is supposed to be for purchasing subscription code for referring other individuals)
The company is wrong in stopping incorrect promotions by the panelist themselves. The present panelist use shortcut method to advertise by saying the money is refunded five times. The promotion by panelist is in very very very wrong manner. what they say "you could invest more than Rs.11000/- and get more than five times in one year". It is just that you pay an entry fees to attend a job which pays Rs.1000/- per survey and that's all. Nobody should be allowed to promote to say otherwise.
What the company does not know is about the fake ids created by same individuals. Wake up dear speak asia company and ask every panelist to submit their individual PAN number or else at least Make it compulsory to have a bank account number. Anyhow the bank account number should be otherwise compulsory so that the company can deposit at least half of the survey income in direct bank account.
But then ofcourse, everybody learns from their mistakes and now the company has actually started functioing since last nine months, every wrong will be corrected. Hope to see the company grow faster than ever before.

Abroad, people are paid good money for survey. The trend was introduced in India also. Even if the companies spend 20% for market research as compared to what they are paying for TV ads, it becomes a big source of income for the survey company. Instead of paying through normal employee method, paying through this model is absolutely feasible. Any change from traditional method will always face resistance.
The non compliance of some paper formalities should not be considered as big offense. The Indian govt. should provide some good consultant who can help out such cases if they are willing to pay the required taxes as applicable.
It is disturbing to see that charges of fraud and money laundering is levied instead of first giving some kind of notice to comply with the regulation.

This is a hypothetical model and that is exactly what speakasia is doing.
It does not matter if star news have started their own survey, speakasia is fake.

Speak Asia is a new concept in India, It takes time for a Company to establish itself and take all legal measures and ensure that they are present for a long time. The Media has made its comment, but all must agree that the comments made by the channels were in haste and without much ground. Although it is agreed that the company may not have completed certain formalities as may be required in the law, but equally true is the fact that you will not find a single person who has not received his money, or has been duped in whatever ways. Having talked to the people who are into this business, let me clarify I am not a subscriber to speakasia, I did not come across any person related to the Speakasia who is complaining. The media must be alert, but must show some restraint and decency before airing any such news, they must not be as tentative as the two channels have been. I believe Media is not the one who should be a judge, we have law enforcement bodies and all systems in place. They will take action if required and settle the matter. The way the channels have behaved over last week has created a very bad impression about their intentions and the way these channels operate. I have no doubts that these channels are doing no good to the society and poor people but only taking up issues through sensationalism to beat their own competition. Its time for the owners of these channels to stand up and correct themselves. Or else these precedents will only harm them. For the time being, My advice to all investors will be to ensure that this media attention should be taken by them positively in order to see that if there are any descrepencies let in the Law they must be corrected, people who invest do carry an inherent risk, but such pranks paid by the media must not harm the investors in the long term, so trust yourself more than anyone else, at least more than the mischief of the media, trust your company, help them to come out of this mess and its for the company to correct themselves and earn profits by lawful means.. Guys it is important to understand about speak asia business.it is running business.
They are doing MLM for marketing and research (no physical cost)just server , website and staff cost.

I have two account and i am about to break even on one account.
Only thing is matter is entry point.
If u are one week late then u are late to earcn 1000 rs.
They started with RS 8000 per member.
12 member * 8000 rs= 100000
Now fee is 11000 and going to increase 15000 in this month.
So joining member will decrease to 6 but collection is still remain Rs. 100000
This way they will decrease the new joining member but colletion remain same.
I am sure end of the year joining fee will be rs 20000.

Many persons have registered themselves with false and imaginary names to generate five times of their earnings. The company is certainly scam as it works only in black money and does not deposit at least 1/4 of survey income in the bank account

After reading all the above comments, I feel disgusted with the people who are still trying to justify this Ponzi Money Scheme called SpeakAsia. A few have written that it is a MLM company. It is absolutely not. A MLM company has products and the money distributed to the people is on the basis of sales of those products. Also, no proper MLM company charges such a high joining amount and also does not pay anyone on the basis of joinings. Does speakasia have any products or service? Legal MLM companies are also members of the Indian Direct Selling Association. Is Speakasia a member of IDSA? A calculation will show that the claim of Speakasia that it pays people by earning money through surveys done is false. There are approximately 15 lakh people in Speakasia currently. The company pays Rs. 500 per survey per person. This means that Speakasia is paying Rs. 75 crores to the people who take the survey. Are you telling me that companies are paying Speakasia more than Rs. 75 crores for conducting just one survey. Are you kidding? Can't you see the truth that it is an illegal money rolling scheme and not a network marketing company. It is true that initially a few people do make substantial amounts of money in such fraud money schemes, however, most of the people who put their money later never get it back. SpeakAsia has today admitted in the press conference that they did not have any contract with any company to conduct the surveys. They did it on their own. So, you can see that SpeakAsia did not get any money for conducting surveys. How are they paying the people then? I humbly request my fellow countrymen to desist from such Get Rich Quick schemes and also not to lure innocent people into these schemes for your individual benefit. Money is not made this way and there is no shortcut to success. If you are really hungry for success, I would recommend you to research and look for legitimate MLM opportunities which are available. hi i am also a speak asian. and i seriously believe that this company is going to run away sooner or later. its just another ponzi scheme. where the money flows till the time more people keeps joining the base. but at a point base of this pyramid grows so big that this is not viable to sustain.
there are so may loopholes which the CEO is trying to fill and didnt answer them correctly even during the press conference.
firstly the company is not registered in india. even in singapore it is registered as a online networking company. even you can start that. a real company needs to fall under so many regulatory bodies and s many clearances needs to be taken. specially if a cmpany which is as big as 1000 crores annually needs lots of clearance. even very big companies in india are dreaming about touching that figure.
the money provided for each survey is 500 rs which makes around 85 crores for a single survey. now most of the companies can not afford that kind of money. plus even if they get ne survey done what about the surveys which have no real buyers like the one on lokpal bill. what about survey on best butter brand and another one on its satisfaction. i m sure 200 crore of rupees would have bought much better audience for amul.
nw the last thing since the cmpany is in infancy and if they keep growing without a check they might add another few millions of people, plus they have started this business recently in bangladesh. so i guess these guys will stay for 6-8 months before they run away. plus they are also starting a TV channel. so i guess all the people who have invested would recover their amount unless the base of pyramid stops growing and they are forced to pack up before time. plus the company doesnt have any answerablity about the money you have invested. but then if huge company like AIG and lehman can go bonkers their option of filling section 10 or bankruptcy still remains open.

if all the money paid by panelists is in indian currency and money paid by different companies to the SAOL is also in indian currency as well, then why is it paying us in dollars?
this means that SAOL is first converting rupees into dollars (45 INR = 1$ + CHARGES) & then paying the panelist by again converting it into rupees at the rate 1$ = 50 INR.
why is it not paying the panelists directly into rupees and then converting its profit into dollars and taking it abroad.
In India the rich get rich n the poor get poorer!!! N the middle class cannot dare to blow up their income. "common man hope" and "opportunity to earn" Hey what is this. This is not what speak asia is about.
The speak asia is just a part time job once in a week where you sell your honest opinion for Rs. 500/- and that's all. You get paid also for referral which is Rs.1000/- for each referral and you can only refer two direct referrals and Rs.1000 for binary pair. Apart from survey attending you can only earn extra 3000 by referrals. No more income than Rs.4000/- per month for any honest panelist.
AND for dishonest panelist, he will go on creating false accounts in the name of imaginary persons. Actually the company only wants one person to open single account, but people would not stop from misusing the loop-holes of the company's program.
What actually happened that these dishonest panelist just to make some more bucks heavily started advertising the company in wrong manner that it refunds five times of investment.
If Rs.11000/- is charged as entry fees it is single time for single person and the same is not an investment. No one is allowed to create more than one account in his name which clears that no one could invest more than 11000 or anything in multiples of 11000 and therefore speak asia is not an investment company.
What is the actual loop hole in the rules of the company? :- any individual person who joins speak asia is not compulsorily asked to submit his bank account number to the company so that company could deposit his/her survey income in the bank account. This is the single loop hole. This enables the dishonest panelist to buy more and more subscription code and get cash payment instead of bank payments.
Soon this lope hole will be understood by the company and filled up.
Dear speak asia choose good persons who will suggest the correct path for you, do not choose dishonest persons who will misuse your path.....
