CBSE class 10th result 2011 expected today
Students of class 10th of CBSE board were left baffled in the past couple of days as the date of the results was not officially declared by the board. Earlier this week, there was a strong buzz that results would come out on 16th of this month which turned out to be a shallow claim, however if sources are to be believed now, these results would be declared today i.e. 20th May, on the official website of CBSE on http://cbseresults.nic.in.
More than 6 lakh students had opted for CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) out of total 10, 61,566 students this year. The anxiety among the students is at top level even though the substantial number of students have somehow estimated their grades as they are already aware of the their grades for the FA I and II and SA-I assessment. Students will get to know their final grades plus the grade point and the Cumulative Grade Point Average, when the results are declared.
Students can also find out the percentage scored by them in their respective subjects by multiplying the grade points of a subject with a factor of 9.5 which might also be used by the schools for the admission in class XI (11th). Students falling with in the grade A to D would get their qualifying certificates, however whoever scores E or below would have to appear for Improvement Chance assessment for which the dates will be published on the CBSE site after the results are announced.
Update:
As per the latest update from the sources, class Xth results would be announced after the XIIth results are declared, however dates for the same are yet to be confirmed by the board.

a lot of pressure is there on us, and changing the dates each and every two days does not make any sense.

NO TENSION A U guys yaar ... maze karo...boards toh hai nahi ...baat karte ho anxiety n stress ki...hehehe u r not in a critical position but in a much relaxed position...so don't crib!!!!!!!!!!
What the hell man? can't they just declare it already? why the damn suspense?

kapil sibbal ruined cbse system,he shuld resign.
making grades system have not made kids stress free actually they have created a uncertainity.today cbse results like before is not tense-oriented.students are cool.so wait until the board declares............
the whole point of this system was "A TENSION-FREE SYSTEM OF SCHOOLING"

Cbse is being so irresponsible abt announcing, that both students and parents are running out of their minds waiting for the results!!!! :(
Students r really tensed when it cums to joining colleges which demand for the marksheet directly...

I am waiting for the results from last a week.my parent's asking me what is ur result,are u fail becauz i m not telling the result.WASIM AKRAM
CBSE wants to ease the pressure on students so they introduced CCE. but by not declaring the results date they are creating more pressure on students. Even when parents call up CBSE offices in Delhi and Chennai they are least bothered to resopond. They say " You will come to know when we declare". Is it the way CBSE supposed to function / respond ?

wat the hell cbse iz doing.. Each one of us is eager to knw our results, but the most irresponsile board CBSE is least bothered to announce them.. Atleast they should give a particular date n tym for the result to lessen the stress of student instead of it they r creating suspense between the students n parnts as well.. Though CCE n GRADING SYSTEM has redused the tension of result but the suspens of results has increased the stress.. n i dnt think that the result wud b annonced today... Hope to get results soon...

kapil sibal obviously ruined the cbse system....it isn't actually tension free...it is a way of making students lazy and dumping the toppers....
and abt the results they still didn't say an exact date and time....for the past 1 week there were tension all around....sayin the results were coming...tomorrow so on...
why cant these people be clear???
the result which cbse throughs online wil be of all over grade(fa1+fa2+fa3+sa2+sa1) or only sa-2 ???????
Yaar, Exam is not a criteria to measure the knowledge of a person. You know much. You can do better. But on that particular point --- on that particular question--- you have done this much---In some other occassion--- may be in practical life--- the topper will be the looser--- the looser will be the topper---- Life yahin par khatam nahin hota hai yaar---As u know---- many scientists are school droppers.....great business tycoons are school droppers.....If there is a will, there is a way..... Life is a tangled twine ... you have to undo it slowly.... slowly..... & slowly...... OR you may land in trouble... you may have to cut it into pieces. Don't try to cut it. Let us wait ... what is offered to u will be delivered...ziddi mat bano yaar--- tumeh vahi chahiye----abhi chahiye. always face the life with a smiling face... U R THE WINNER.
All we guys can do is to have patience and EVERYTHING gonna be alright cuz if u have done well out there in that examination hall...than no can ruin your result. But if u didn't, than no one can save u whether it's board or CCE pattern based home examination. ;)

What the hell has gone wrong with the cbse people! While ICSE results and state board results have been announced ,we have not got ours!!! It is dampening the spirit and the chances of getting admission late to colleges !!!
I wanted to apply for class XI in non-CBSE schools and the last date of submitting application is on 23-May-11. State board and ICSE results have come and those students have applied. Only we CBSE are awaiting results. How will we get admission to class XI of non CBSE? Even my current school(cbse) says they have admitted students who wanted to stay and taken fees and no room for me. All other students have marks but cbse will give grade only...how they will compare..the application does not even have columns for writing grades......what a mess...CBSE/Kapil sibal at least should inform date of result and advise all non-cbse schools to wait for admitting cbse school students....what will happen to my future..??:-(
Continous & Comprehensive Evualtiion system seems that it is keeping every one including CBSE -- Continous & Comprehensive Tension of Evaluating the Students.. God ... Please let us know the date of result...

the delay seems to be bcoz of thepostponned AIEEE exam......but still they shud atleast give us a fixed date n time.......i'm from class XII n anxious fr my results....
Oh yaar----Everybody is thinking that the result is delayed because of CBSE HQ. When the great CBSE is unable to declare a date, understand that there is a big-big technical or administartive problem. Most of the HMs/Principals might have lost their balance after reading it --heard some are fainted -- still to come back to normal..Neither may have that much technical know-how --RATHER-- have got enough time to read it--understand it--- apply it--. Do not get panic--- I am sure that the results will be declared once all the schools will upload proper data to CBSE sites--- Then make the corrections in hard-copy -- signed by the HM/principals---& send to CBSE for editing.--- eisa bahut points hai jo schools ko karna hai. I am not panic as I expect that the results will be declared by 31st. Let us give enough time to them to avoid mistakes and give pain to studetns --- to avoid any untoward incidents that nobody can forgive & from where there is no return. Jo hogaya -- So hogaya--- Tension nahi hone ka -- Tension nahi hone ka---. To get admission in non-cbse schools kuch-na-kuch raasta nikal ayega --- Govt. is aware about it. Forget about few accademic days that you will loss.. You can manage it & come through.

just chilled down..we will get result very soon.. after all result will b declared within this week not more than that ... we have gained a lot from CBSE.. we should respect it nd have proud on ourself rather than we abuse CBSE ..whatever u have done u will reap that only .. it is well said that .."future will b seen when it will. wht to worry about that" so just concentrate on present .. hope for the best ..be positive minded nd after all BEST OF LUCK
Class 10th result will be on 28th or 30th at 10 am.Cbse is closed on Sunday 29th May . So result will not be out in 29th may 2011.
So we have to wait for the result.
P.S - All above Lines are magical nd Not satisfactory as CBSE is the most Irresponsible board of conduct in World.They are slow nd steady nd They will never win the race.
But we will have to wait because of ther Chaos and Nuisense created. :(

guys i just want to say this cce system sucks.......... :'( really if my result falls below my expectations nd i cudnt get subject of my choice thn only this cce is responsible for this..............we hav to do many activities+project reports+ homeworks...which dnt giv us sufficient tym for stdys........also guys syllabus was nt apporopraitely given ..we had realy few days for the prepretion,,,,we r being experimented over,,,,,
i just want tht i get maths * sUbject :'( plxx gimme the result as soon as possible m dying ;'(
I hope that the result is 2morrow ie. on 27th may.This time cbse is so irritating and annoying ,if they had to give the result after 12th class ,then why r they hanging us in the middle like this. I mean what is this?we ourselves dont know that when our results are comin. frustating it is!
Guys I want to say that Its all because of CCE ....Our country people are coping each and every bit of education system in US and I 100 percent sure if we kept coping like this then our country will surely turn for drugs legalisation and lots of rubbuish and bad things......Our study council should atleast have some bit of mind to modify not change our more 100 yrs education system .........

because of this new pattern "CCE"cbse is really trying hard to check the patience level of the students...
this is not done u should not be so irresponsible for our results..
and this time the work load is even lesser then previous time...
so i request from cbse please declare our results soon...
U actually think that the work load is lesser for cbse? dude ur goin wrong. they have 2 club up the marks of whole year( fa's, sa's, activities etc)its not easy! i know its actually very much annoying to postpone the result like this as i am also eagrly waitin fr d result .they should've given a particular date!but only thing u cn have right now is patience!:)n all d best 2 all!aaj chennai region ka result out ho gaya hai .so i think that delhi region"s result will be out within 3-4 days!
